Constructed from lightweight aluminium, the AutoStore grid is quick to install, highly flexible in design, and easily adapted to fit the specific layout of your warehouse. Comprised of just 17 interlocking components, the system offers a streamlined assembly process that’s only slightly more complex than snapping together a set of LEGO™ bricks. The grid features a series of vertical columns forming individual cells that house stacked bins, while integrated tracks across the top allow robots to move freely along both X and Y axes. Thanks to its modular design, expanding the grid is straightforward and non-disruptive. A full grid installation is typically completed within one month.
