In-house controls and PLC engineering

Controls are where most materials handling projects come unstuck — the mechanical build finishes and the system still will not run reliably. We keep the entire controls scope in-house so the people who designed the conveyor are the people programming it.

Are you an integrator or a manufacturer?

Both. We manufacture our own conveyor and sortation ranges and act as systems integrator across the wider solution — robotics, RFID, packing automation and storage. On a turnkey project that means one supplier is accountable for the result.

Do you do the controls yourselves or subcontract them?

In-house. Panel design, panel build, PLC programming and commissioning are all delivered by our own controls team.

Can you integrate equipment we already have?

Yes. Existing conveyor, racking, palletisers, wrappers and print-and-apply can be brought into the control scheme rather than replaced, where the equipment is sound and the interfaces are accessible.

Will it talk to our WMS?

Yes. We integrate the control layer with your WMS, ERP or host system so releases, routing, sortation and status reporting are driven by your existing software.

Do you support the system after handover?
